Returns Policy

Nevaya are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, make the wrong selection or wrong size selection.

All full priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel for a store credit only.

Please complete the Return Form and send it back to us with your garment within the timeframe.

In accordance to the Return Policy items must:

  • Be received within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Be received in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags still attached.
  • Not have any dirty marks, makeup, smell of perfume or deodorant.
  • Not be swimwear, bodysuits, hair accessories, jewellery, nail polish and undergarments, due to hygienic reasons.

All returned items are inspected and if items are not received in their original condition and fail to comply with the Return Policy, they will be automatically returned back to the customer.

Returned items will be processed once the item is physically received by us and we will respond to your return request within 12 hours.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend that you keep a copy of your tracking number as we will not be responsible for lost returns.


Processed returns will be issued with a Store Credit within 3 business days, with a 6-month expiry on all Store Credit.

We do not offer exchanges. Due to the fast turnover of stock we cannot guarantee that a different size will be available to exchange. Returns will be issued as a Store Credit, allowing you to purchase online an alternative size of the same item, if available, or different item. We will send you a confirmation email when we have applied your Store Credit.

Please note that Store Credit does not include shipping costs.


All items are inspected prior to being shipped. In compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, if there is a manufacturing fault we will refund, repair, replace or credit the goods.

Faulty or incorrect items must be returned within 14 days and Full proof of purchase must be provided.

If a refund is deemed necessary, a full refund will be processed back to the original form of payment only.

Any item received that is faulty or an incorrect item, please email us at with your order number and photo of the item so we can rectify it immediately.


We ensure that items displayed are the true colour however colours may alter slightly depending on your monitor/device. We cannot guarantee that your monitor/device will display complete accuracy of any colour.


Any items that are purchased as SALE items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned to us.


We are unable to make changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
